Western Regional Minister Dr. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah has hosted Ghanaian Musician Kweysi Swat in his office at the Regional Coordinating Council, Sekondi.
The encounter comes off the back of the musician winning big at the last Western Music Awards (WMA 2022), receiving Highlife Song of the Year, Highlife Song of the Year, and Song Writer of the Year awards, and also doing great performance on the night.
The minister who doubles as a Member of Parliament for Takoradi expressed his admiration for Kweysi Swat and his craft. He urged him to keep doing his best to make the Western Region, the land of his birth proud.
Kweysi Swat was enormously grateful to the Minister and expressed his admiration for the action-oriented manner with which he goes about his duties as MP and Minister.
